Final Fantasy X|X-2 HD Remaster Releases December 26th In Japan

Written by Spencer — 10 Oct 2013

Final Fantasy fans (in Japan) can finally release a sigh of release because Square Enix has officially confirmed the release date for Final Fantasy X|X-2 HD Remaster. The games will be releasing on December 26th for PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita. There is no official word on any other world wide release of the game besides Winter 2013.

Square Enix has been extremely quiet on the exact release date leading up to Final Fantasy X|X-2 HD Remaster and this has lead many fans to worry the game might possibly be delayed. While the PS3 version will have both games and the Vita version is split up into two games, Japan is getting a dual pack version for the Vita with both games priced similarly to the PS3 version.

Square Enix North America and Europe has yet to comment after Square Enix Japan made this announcement, but we shouldn't have to wait much longer to find out about the English version. Do you think that Final Fantasy X|X-2 HD Remaster will see a worldwide 2013 release? Let us know what you think in the comments below.
