Things have been very quiet on the Final Fantasy VII Remake front at this year's E3, but Japanese publication Famitsu still managed to squeeze a question in when they spoke with the game's director, Tetsuya Nomura.
In the interview, which covered a wide range of topics from the upcoming Kingdom Hearts games through to a sequel for The World Ends With You, Nomura said that the Final Fantasy VII Remake is still a while away, but that fans shouldn't worry because development is moving at a steady pace.
Nomura also went on to say that Square Enix will share more information about the game in the future and when they do, Nomura himself will make an appearance publicly to reveal it.
Here's hoping it won't be years until we get to see the first part of the Final Fantasy VII Remake on PS4!
